Minnesota’s largest giving holiday will return on Thursday November, 19, 2026, with Early Giving beginning on November 1! Over the last 17 years of Give to the Max Day, donors have given more than $400 million to more than 14,000 nonprofits and schools. We can’t wait for our state to come together this November.

Your planning should be well underway for this statewide fundraising event. If not, you should act fast to get involved.

Again this year, MACT will be conducting its own fundraising drive, Give to the MACT, which will start November 1st and end November 21st. Funds from Give to the MACT will be used to help the theatres presenting shows at MACT*Fest 2027 cover the costs of participating in the festival. The MACT Board and Emeritus Directors have again created a pool of funds to be used to match donations to Give to the MACT, doubling the impact your donation will have.

In these troubled times, supporting your local theatre is more important than ever. Many theatres are still trying to recover from the pandemic. Some did not survive. With the current political and economic climate, theatres need our financial support to survive. Small to midsize theatres, especially, are struggling financially. Whether it be your local theatre or MACT, please be generous this giving season.
