| Minnesota Citizens for the Arts (MCA) is looking for a few new leaders who want to get more involved in arts advocacy across Minnesota. MCA is currently accepting applications for our Board of Directors, and we’d love to hear from people who are passionate about the arts and want to help make a difference. Serving on MCA’s Board is an opportunity to help shape our statewide advocacy work, connect with other leaders from across Minnesota, and play a direct role in protecting public investment in the arts. Our Board helps lead the effort to protect and defend more than $50 million in arts funding through the Minnesota State Arts Board and Regional Arts Councils. We’re interested in hearing from artists, arts leaders, community advocates, business professionals, and others who care about making sure Minnesota continues to have a strong and vibrant arts community. We’re especially interested in building a Board that represents communities and perspectives from across the state. Interested in getting more involved? Applications are due Monday, September 28. |
